  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/BRING TO A CLASS?
    Wear whatever you're most comfortable exercising in & bring a water. If you're taking an Mpulse or Yoga class bring a mat, however the studio has plenty of extras.
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    If you need to cancel your class, you can reschedule or cancel it by logging in to your account & choose reschedule/cancel 12 hours before the class start time. You can find all of the POLICIES HERE.
  • ARE CLASSES TOO CHALLENGING FOR SOMEONE WHO HASN'T BEEN WORKING OUT?
    Everyone will always be at different fitness levels & with the guidance of your Certified Personal Trainer (WEEKDAY WORKOUTS) or your Certified Instructor (MPULSE & YOGA) you'll be given plenty of modifications in order to help ease you into working out again. Always take things at your own pace and take breaks when you need them. The workouts are designed to challenge you based on your own pace & intensity.
  • IS THERE A FEE IF I DON'T SHOW UP TO MY CLASS?
    In order to keep a high level of accountability, a no-show fee of $10 (beginning 1/1/2024) will be added to accounts of members who no-show full classes. If you no-show using a package, you will lose that session. You can find all POLICIES HERE.
  • WHAT ARE PACKAGES?
    Packages are groups of workouts that are discounted. Packages begin at the date of purchase and are valid for 30 days. Workouts must be completed before the end of the 30 days - there are no extensions on packages. You can find PACKAGES HERE.
  • WHAT IS A MEMBERSHIP?
    A membership is a discounted way of working out regularly. These memberships begin at the date of purchase and automatically renew every 30 days. You can cancel any membership from your account before the renewal date. You can find MEMBERSHIPS HERE.
  • IS THERE A JOINING FEE?
    Yes, you'll be charged $20 one time only when you sign up for a membership. If you cancel your membership, you'll be charged that joining fee the next time you sign back up. Packs do not have a joining fee.
  • IS THERE A WAY TO TRY OUT WORKOUTS BEFORE COMMITTING TO A PACKAGE OR MEMBERSHIP?
    Yes! You can use a class pass or weekly pass (beginning 1/1/2024) to try out studio workouts before committing to a full month. A class pass will give you access to one workout at a time & a weekly pass will give you unlimited workouts for one week. Check them out HERE.
  • CAN I BRING A FRIEND TO WORKOUT?
    Friends can join you, but they have to set up their own account & drop-in. You're unable to use your workout package or your account to check them into a class.
  • WHAT ARE WEEKDAY WORKOUTS?
    Weekday workouts are muscle specific themed circuits that a Certified Personal Trainer will instruct you through. You'll always know what you're working when walking in that day. The workout is set up for you, you just have to show up! Monday: Lower Body + Cardio Tuesday: Chest & Arms Wednesday: Back + Cardio Thursday: Lower Body Friday: Total Body Saturday: Total Body Check out the SCHEDULE HERE.
  • CAN I DO TWO WORKOUTS IN A DAY?
    You can definitely do any Weekday workout paired with an Mpulse workout, but we do not suggest you doing the same Weekday workout twice in a day.
  • CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?
    Rather than gift cards, the studio offers personalized COUPON CODES. If you contact us here we can help make you a custom coupon amount that can be applied to their package purchase.
