HOW MUCH IS THE PROGRAM?
Eight payments of $25 weekly or one payment of $200. Married couples starting at the same time are a buy one get the other free deal. Other family members or friends, outside of your spouse, would have to sign up on their own. Once you purchase the program - you'll have access for life to the group.
WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?
Gym memberships are not required. You just need a set of dumbbells of your choice. Having multiple weight options will only increase your results.
IS A MEAL PLAN INCLUDED?
YES! This is a strict program that includes an exercise plan + a meal plan. You'll have constant access to your trainer who can tweak your plan as needed throughout the eight weeks.
WHAT TYPE OF WORKOUTS DOES THE PLAN INCLUDE & HOW LONG ARE THEY?
You'll have access to the Virtual Studio. Each workout varies in time & style. Extra cardio is encouraged & a restorative yoga session will be required weekly. It's all designed to give you a specific plan & path to help you reach your weight loss goals by the end of the eight weeks.
Monday - HIIT Workout

Weekends - Extra Cardio + Extra Abs
IS THIS CHALLENGE ONLY FOR WEIGHT LOSS?
YES - your end goal must be to lose weight with this program. It is not intended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. It is also not for anyone looking to gain weight.
DO I HAVE TO WORKOUT AT THE STUDIO TO JOIN THE CHALLENGE?
NO! Anyone can do this challenge - it is not just for current clients. This will definitely help anyone who does currently workout at the studio, especially if you struggle completing workouts solo... working out at the studio will guarantee you check your exercise off your list each day. Please note: in-studio workouts are not included with the purchase of this program, you still have to book your regular appointments.
WHAT DO I DO ONCE I SIGN UP?
You'll enter into our Transformation Challenge Group on Facebook [yes, make a private facebook if you do not have one - you'll want access to all the information in that group, but no you don't have to].
Go over your meal plan & shop for the items you'll need to prep.
Plug your exercise routine into your calendar so you're less likely to skip workouts.
All challenge information will be sent via email or you'll have access through this website so social media is not a requirement - it just adds to your experience.
