Each month, the studio participates in a challenge together that varies between weight loss, nutrition, steps & community outreach.

OCTOBER

Join us in this 5k Training Plan by taking a picture while holding up the number 1, 2 or 3 in order to recognize the completion of your three weekly runs.
Finalize the challenge by completing your 5k Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day - wherever you are!
